Order Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery may be temporarily delayed during peak periods or if additional information verification is required.
- For orders placed via our online payment system, processing will only proceed after a fraud check and clearance by our payment processor.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery charges are Rs. 200.
- Enjoy free shipping across Pakistan for orders above Rs. 2,500.
Courier Services
- The choice of courier depends on the delivery location and package type.
- You will receive an email with the courier information and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If You’re Not Home at Delivery
- The courier will notify you via SMS with the total payment due.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be handed over to a designated person or family member at your address.
Order Cancellation
- For COD orders, we attempt to verify orders with up to two confirmation calls. Unattended orders will be canceled.
- Orders can be canceled at any time before they are completed, upon the customer’s request.
- Tressesveda.com reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Incorrect or invalid contact information
- Technical errors
